1. DAVAJ & CO. GUARANTEE

PADA BELIEVES EVERY GUEST SHOULD LEAVE FEELING BEAUTIFUL AND LOVE THEIR NEW HAIR CARE RETAIL PRODUCTS. SHE IS CONFIDENT IN HER SERVICES AND HAIR CARE PRODUCTS, HOWEVER, FOR ANY REASON SHE WILL EXCHANGE OR ISSUE A CREDIT OF 50% RETAIL'S VALUE ON USED PRODUCTS AND 100% RETAIL'S VALUE ON UNUSED PRODUCTS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE. ADDITIONALLY, IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE, PADA IS MORE THAN HAPPY TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS, AT NO COST TO YOU, WITHIN 14 DAYS. 

2. BOOKING A RESERVATION

NOW ACCEPTING ALL RESERVATION ONLINE SECURELY FROM BY ACUITY SCHEDULING ON DAVAJ ARTISTRY WEBSITE. NEW GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A DEPOSIT FEE EQUAL TO 50% OF BOOKED SERVICE(S) TOTAL. ALL FIRST TIME LASH SERVICE ARE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING AND TREATED AS YOUR DEPOSIT. DEPOSIT FEE WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS CHECK OUT.  RETURNING GUESTS ARE NOW REQUIRED TO HAVE A CARD ON FILE FOR BOOKING. ALL PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED SECURELY THROUGH STRIPE.

3. LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT

PADA WILL ALWAYS DO HER BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE FOR A SCHEDULED RESERVATION. IF YOU ARE RUNNING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES BEHIND, PLEASE UNDERSTAND YOUR RESERVATION MAY NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED TO ENSURE ONLY THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF SERVICE.

4. RESCHEDULING / NO SHOW

PADA STRIVES TO ACCOMMODATE HER CLIENTS TO THE BEST OF HER ABILITY. IN ORDER TO DO SO, ALL RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS AND REMINDERS ARE SENT BY AUTOMATED EMAIL AND SMS TO PREVENT MISUNDERSTANDING AND NO SHOWS.  YOU WILL RECEIVE:

  • AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AT TIME OF BOOKING

  • A TEXT REMINDER 72 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED RESERVATION

  • RESCHEDULING GRACE PERIOD. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE, RESERVATION SHOULD BE RESCHEDULED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER THE 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD WILL BE TRACKED IN YOUR PROFILE. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO ALL BOOK FUTURE RESERVATIONS IF YOUR RECORD SHOWS 2 NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS, 2 RESCHEDULED WITHOUT 24-HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE OR COMBINATION OF. PLEASE SEE FEES POLICY BELOW.

5. DEPOSIT FEE & NO SHOW FEE

EACH TIME A GUEST MISSES A RESERVATION, DAVAJ & CO. TAKES A LOSS AND ANOTHER GUEST IS PREVENTED FROM RECEIVING A MUCH NEEDED SERVICE. THEREFORE, DAVAJ & CO. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENFORCE THE FOLLOWING FEES:

  1. DEPOSIT FEES. APPLIES TO FIRST TIME GUESTS OR GUESTS WITH A HISTORY OF 2 NO SHOW, CANCELED/RESCHEDULED AFTER THE 24 HOUR GRACE PERIOD OR A COMBINATION OF.

    1. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT EQUAL TO 50% OF BOOKED RESERVATION'S TOTAL WILL BE ENFORCED AT TIME OF BOOKING AND WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS SERVICE TOTAL DURING CHECKOUT ON DAY OF SERVICE. LASH SERVICES ARE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING AND WILL BE TREATED AS YOUR DEPOSIT TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION.

      • CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING BEFORE THE 24 HOUR GRACE PERIOD- DEPOSIT WILL BE CREDITED FOR FUTURE SERVICES.

      • CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING AFTER THE 24 HOUR GRACE PERIOD- GUEST FORFEITS THE DEPOSIT. DEPOSIT WILL NOT APPLY TOWARDS FUTURE RESERVATIONS. NOTE: GUESTS WITHOUT A DEPOSIT (USUALLY APPLIES TO RETURNING GUESTS), PADA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COLLECT A FEE EQUAL TO 50% OF BOOKED RESERVATION'S TOTAL AND WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE.

      1. WEDDING/LASH PARTIES & OTHER OUT CALL SERVICES PLEASE REFER TO YOUR CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT FOR DEPOSIT FEE & CANCELLATION POLICY.

2.     NO SHOW RESERVATION FEE. "NO SHOW RESERVATION" IS WHEN A GUEST MISSED THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT OR CANCELS AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD. A FEE EQUAL TO 50% OF NO SHOW RESERVATION'S TOTAL, WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO CARD ON FILE.

**RETURNING GUESTS. NO SHOW RESERVATION FEE APPLIES**

6. PAYMENT

GLADLY ACCEPTING CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD AND CHECKS. RETURNED CHECKS WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A $35 FEE. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ACCEPTED ONLINE, THROUGH EMAIL AND IN PERSON ARE PROCESSED SECURELY THROUGH STRIPE.

7. PACKAGES AND GIFT CARDS

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. EXPIRATION ON PACKAGE PROMOTIONS ARE 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. UNLESS THE PACKAGE STATES OTHERWISE THE AMOUNT PAID NEVER EXPIRES AND CAN BE USED TOWARDS SERVICES ONLY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. PADA WILL DO HER BEST TO TRACK THE PURCHASE IN THE SYSTEM. HOWEVER, IN THE EVENT THE PACKAGE CANNOT BE FOUND OR HAS BEEN USED BY ANOTHER GUEST, PADA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPLACEMENT. READ FINE PRINT
